Dogecoin rises over 15% after Musk shares government efficiency plan

Last Sunday, Musk talked about how to save a lot of money for the US government through the Department of Government Efficiency at the Trump Campaign Conference. He estimated that the Department could reduce the US federal budget by at least $2 trillion. The PEOPLE token originated from ConstitutionDAO, which attempted to purchase a copy of the US Constitution at a Sotheby's auction in 2021 but failed.
